These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by YOURWAY COURIERS LIMITED (“we”, “us”, or “our”) throughout the UK. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide courier, removals, storage transport, furniture delivery, office relocations, and other related moving services across the UK.

3. Quotes and Payments

• All prices provided are based on the details you supply at the time of booking.
• Additional charges may apply for extra labour, waiting time, or if the information provided is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Payments must be made in full as agreed during booking.

4. Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be refunded in full.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a fee.
• If we arrive and the service cannot be carried out due to incorrect information or lack of access, charges may still apply.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure items are packed securely and ready for transport unless packing services have been booked.
• Provide accurate details for collection and delivery locations, including access issues, parking restrictions, or special handling requirements.
• Ensure someone is present at both collection and delivery addresses.

6. Our Responsibilities

• We will handle your goods with care and professionalism.
• While we aim to deliver all items safely, we are not liable for:
  • Loss or damage caused by improper packing by the customer
  • Items of exceptional value (e.g., jewellery, cash, artwork) unless declared and agreed in advance
  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control

7. Insurance

Details of our Goods in Transit and Public Liability insurance can be provided upon request. Customers are advised to arrange additional cover for high-value items.

8. Liability

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of income, profit, or opportunity.
• Our maximum liability for loss or damage (where applicable) will not exceed the value of the goods moved or the agreed service fee, whichever is lower.

9. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree not to misuse it or engage in unlawful activity. Content is provided for information only, and while we aim to keep it accurate, we do not guarantee completeness.
